Everything Happens For A Reason

Many people will come into your life and they serve some sort of purpose,teach you a lesson,or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become.People will come to you with different relations may be friend,teacher,brother or sister,lover or even a stranger.These people will affect your life in some profound way.And sometimes things happen to you that may seem horrible, painful, and unfair at first, but in reflection you find that without overcoming those obstacles you would have never realized your potential, strength, willpower, or heart.

Everything happens for a reason.  Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck.If someone hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your heart, forgive them, for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to when you open your heart.  If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because in a way, they are teaching you to love and how to open your heart and eyes to things. 

Edison's story is a powerful example for this situation. He made a factory of million dollar worth and one day the factory was in flames.He was 67 years old at that time,he was standing in front of factory gate with smile on his face.His son in panic came near to him and asked  Edison why you are laughing?Edison replied and asked his son to bring his mother immediately and to show this huge flames to her,probably she might never see again in her life.Thats was great attitude of edison in hard time also.

His wife asked him next morning and why you are laughing even though we lost everything.Edison said, "It's all right. We've just got rid of a lot of rubbish.Although I am over 67 years old, I'll start all over again tomorrow".He stuck to his word and immediately began rebuilding the next morning, without firing any of his employees. Edison has seen good in bad.Today he became legendary because of his attitude. Thats important in every life.

According to Aristotle, there is always a reason for everything that happens. Your experiences are designed to shape you, define you and, hopefully, grow you into the mightiest you possible.

Do what you love or love what you do?

I have seen many people who do they work just because of someone is forcing to do,of course everyone works for income but it is very important how we earn that money.If you do the job with no interest, you will be happy only at the end of month.The real happiness doesn't lie in money it is in way you do the work.In my life i have meet people who really do they job with passion and always try to show their remark in the work.I really got impressed and started thinking about myself whether i am doing my job with interest or not?.Same question should be asked by themselves. If you do the job with no interest in it, my suggestion for them is to just quit the job and find job which was more of your interest.

Recently i heard Steve jobs story which was truly inspiring for me and i quoted the following from his speech.

He found what he loved to do early in life. He started Apple in his parents’ garage .He worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown into a $2 billion company with over 4,000 employees and  released  finest creation " Macintosh" .After a year he got fired from the company which was started by him. For few days he thought that focus of his entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.

He really didn’t know what to do for a few months.He was a very public failure, and he even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on him — he still loved what he did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. He had been rejected, but he was still in love and so he decided to start over.

He didn’t see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to him. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed him to enter one of the most creative periods of his life.

During the next five years, he started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become his wife. Pixar went on to create the world’s first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world.

In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, he returned to Apple, and the technology he developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple’s current renaissance.

He was pretty sure none of this would have happened if he hadn’t been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but he guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith. He convinced that the only thing that kept him going was that he loved what he did.

He says you’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.

Hidden Power within you:

Are you aware of the amount of energy that will be released if a tiny portion of any matter, weighing just one gram, is converted into energy? It will be 30.3 million horsepower.

Albert Einstein, the great scientist of the twentieth century discovered the formula which describes the proportion between the mass of matter and energy that is potential in it: E=mc2. The amount of energy  that is latent within matter is unimaginable.Lets apply same to us,we human beings our mind has huge power within but we are making cover on it.

Once there was discussion among the gods as to where the miraculous secret power-the power which could grant everything desired by man,was to be kept hidden.one of the gods suggested that it could kept hidden in the depth of the sea.Another suggested that it could be buried on the top of a high mountain.A third one opined that a cave in the woods was the right place to hide it. one of the most important and intelligent gods made one suggestion lets us put it in the depths of man's mind, he will never suspect that power is hidden there because  right from childhood his mind is prone to wander.without ever being aware that the wonderful power could be within himself,he looks for it in the external world. Therefore ,let us keep this precious treasure within the nether layers of his mind.All the gods expressed consent to the proposal.Hence it is said,in the human mind lies hidden the miraculous power.

The truth expressed in the story is that in the depths of man's mind there is the store of unlimited energy.But we our self not confident that so much energy stored within us.We has developed an inferiority complex about our self which we cannot shake off.

The main root cause for this is ignorance.Why was the tremendous energy hidden in small particle of matter unknown before Einstein discovered it?The cause again was ignorance.If we understand and be confident within our self we can effect wonderful and revolutionary changes in individual and social life.    

Truthful to yourself

My inner man always ask me a question whether i am truthful to myself or else i am lying to myself. This question comes to everyone by himself or some other way. Today i got answer i found purpose in life(we all have purpose to live),it means going back to past, digging into your childhood and revealing the experiences that shapes what your today..good or bad. The journey of life is not always an easy road. This journey includes fear, confusion, happiness, sad, doubt and misunderstanding. My journey so far cut people in my life and it was big challenge/risk. They were takers because i allowed them to be and  i decided to cut them. This decision has been completely changed my life and now i became clam, more aware and no ego with others. Its my suggestion to avoid people who are against you and don’t fall into that circle which diverts away from your passion.

I know that i have been very hard on myself for most of my life.I have not been truthful to myself and have unrealistic expectations therefore,setting myself up for disappointment. Many times in ours lifes we lie to ourselves.If someone else lies to us and when we found about it freak out."How dare you lie to me?Does you think i am stupid?"but we lie to ourselves.

What I know for sure is that being true to my feelings and acknowledging them as well as validating them has released so much fear in me. It has released my fear of not being good enough as well as my fear of not living up to the expectations I set for myself. What I know for sure is that we are usually our own worst enemy. We hold ourselves back in so many ways and I am ready to move away from that pattern. I’m not suggesting that these fears no longer exist within me because they certainly do and, I don’t think they will ever go away but now that I am aware of my true feelings and now that I am becoming conscious of my real beliefs, they no longer have a strangle hold on my life. Instead, I have a hold on how they can or cannot affect me.

 Stop being your own worst enemy! Stop lying to yourself about your emotions and feelings and start accepting them and allowing yourself to feel whatever is it you feel. The freedom you will feel within yourself is reward enough however, the universe will give you back the love that you have finally and justifiably started to give yourself

Human nature

Violence is a disease of human beings, but it is not so for beasts. For beasts, it is their nature.There is no possibility of nonviolence at the level of beasts. That is why they haven’t got any idea of violence. Violence is the disease which man was inherited from beasts, and it is a disease obstructing his evolving consciousness. It can be said that one who is not willing to wipe out one’s past, is refusing his evolution. If I continue to remain what I was yesterday, it means, my ’today’ is wasted. If I wish to make progress, there is no other way for me but to go beyond my yesterday.The past must be transcended. The ’past’ of man is his beasthood, and the ’future’ leads him to god-hood. But one who does not transcend beasthood, cannot enter the temple of God. But one who desires to achieve the ’future’ – to attain God – has to die everyday towards the past, become diseased.

Water from mountains flows downward trying to find out pits, ditches or lakes. Water runs downwards; then the same water, becoming well heated, is transformed into vapour and then begins to run towards the sky, begins to find heights, begins to ride on clouds, begins to travel towards the sun. It is the same water, it is the energy, but it is transformed; there comes a revolution. A violent mind is in search of ditches and pits. It flows downwards. It is heading for a fall. A nonviolent mind becomes very fine – is transformed into vapour and starts to reach peaks of mountains. It is a journey toward, the sky. It is on a journey to the sun. It is a flight towards the highest. It is eager to go towards the direction of liberation and God. A violent mind is always in search of ’the other’.That ’other’ is the abyss. A nonviolent mind is in search of the ’self’. When we are in search of the ’other’, we shall experience as if we are on a downward journey. Why is it so?, because the ’other’ is the abyss, ’the other’ is the downfall, the ’other’ the hell. Why is the ’other’ a road leading to the downfall? Why? One thing becomes certain that we do not have any joy or tranquility with ourselves.We are in search of the ’other’. There is no joy within one’s self.

Today in 21st century we are experts in technology but still the root of beast exists in human nature in different form which can't be seen from outside.when any person grows heights in career other person will became so jealous and tries all ways to put him down but he never tries what was missing qualities from his side.people thinking about others rather than themselves which is ill situation in society and leads to all problems. Today people are trusting material things rather than fellow human beings.Every person thinks that he was always right and others are wrong.No person tries to find what was truth.

The only way to curb beast nature in human beings is to think about within himself not outside.Today people are more found of materialistic things and people should use material things for just need not to make it personal.we are searching for the happiness outside but the real happiness lies with you.
